High rigidity/High accuracy

Depth assignment processing function

Automatic electrode exchange apparatus AEC2
The automatic electrode exchange system for using the collet is adopted which can be selected freely in the combinations for the electrode materials, the electrode daimeter (φ0.3-φ3.0), electrode numbers the maximum of which are 24 (the maximum of 48 options). Moreover, automatic anti-vibration system for the medium part of the electrode also controls the vibration of the electrode which is easy to generate immediately after moving to the processing point. Automatic guide exchange apparatus AGC2

Z-axis anti-vibration at the center of the electrode. NC-ZCG1
It prevents the vibration of the electrode under processing. By this anti-vibration system, processing is stabilized more and the variation of the hole-diameter is suppressed.
C-axis quick changer QC1
It is the type which built-in the collet of AEC21 on the main shaft (C-axis). Electrode exchange can be performed by one-touch.

The maximum number of the control shafts are 6 shafts (oncluding optional 2 shaft).
Circulation system
The circulation system required for continuous processing is also lineuped.
- 1000 registers are provided.
- Input the coordinates position to the register, writing from the register to the program, etc. are arbitrarily possible.
- Calculation for addition, subtraction, multiplication, dividing (*/+-) is possible within the program.
- It can be programmed for the waiting operation to the manual processing function, and also can be programmed in the case of the only one processing easily.
